How it works

1

We pull official data

Every week we query the SAM.gov Contract Opportunities API and the USASpending awards API — the same public sources contracting officers use. Federal contract data is public domain.

2

We filter the noise

We keep only facility-service contracts — NAICS 561720 (janitorial), 561730 (landscaping), 561210 (facility support), 561710 (pest control) — and verify each bid is still active with a future deadline.

3

You get Excel, every Monday

Clean workbooks with deadlines, agencies, winners and amounts. No scraping, no stale lists, no 400-page PDFs. Open it Monday morning and plan your week.

"Most small firms miss federal bids simply because they check SAM.gov manually and inconsistently. A weekly filtered feed beats a daily unfiltered firehose."

FAQ

Is this official government data?

Yes. Every record comes from SAM.gov (Contract Opportunities) and USASpending.gov, the US federal government's official systems. Federal procurement data is public domain — we do the filtering and verification work so you don't have to.

How current is the data?

Both trackers are rebuilt every Monday morning (US time). Bids are verified active with future response deadlines at build time; awards cover roughly the trailing 30 days.

What format are the files?

Excel workbooks (.xlsx) for the full trackers, plus a free sample (Excel for bids, CSV for awards) so you can evaluate quality before buying.

I'm new to federal contracting. Where do I start?

Register free at SAM.gov (required to bid), then use FedBid Intel to watch live opportunities in your NAICS code while you learn the ropes. The Award-Wins Tracker shows you who already wins the work you want — the fastest competitive education available.

What if the data has an error?

We run automated quality checks on every build (field completeness, spot-checks against source). If you find a verified error, email us and we'll fix it in the next weekly build.

How do I pay?

Secure checkout via Payhip with PayPal or credit/debit card. One-time purchase — no subscription.

Stop digging through SAM.gov manually.

Join the facility-service businesses that start Monday with a clean list of biddable contracts and a map of who wins what.
